BootyStrap Fitness- Return & Exchange Policy

At BootyStrap Fitness, we want you to love your purchase! We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit, and we want to make the return process as simple as possible. 

30- Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 

We understand that you will need to try your BootyStrap to determine whether it works for you. Light use during the trial period is acceptable, provided the product is returned in clean, hygienic condition and does not show visible signs of excessive wear or damage. 

Return Requirments

To qualify for a return:

• Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. 
• The product must be clean and in hygienic condition
• The product must not show visible signs of excessive wear, deterioration, or damage. 

Return Shipping

BootyStrap Fitness will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. 

Please note that original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are nonrefundable. 

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the return approval. 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the product purchased price. Original shipping charges are not included in the refund. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our team will help coordinate an exchange based on product availability.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us through our website's Contact Us page with your order number and reason for the return.
